甘肃科学学报

县域经济作为我国经济体系的关键构成单元，也是推动城乡一体化发展的核心动力，对全面建设社会主义现代化国家具有重要支撑作用。以2015—2021年甘肃省69个县(市)的面板数据为样本，构建金融发展和县域经济高质量发展的综合评价指标体系，采用熵值法量化发展指数，运用空间杜宾模型实证检验金融发展对县域经济高质量发展的影响。研究显示：(1)甘肃省县域高质量发展水平整体呈上升趋势，但县域间差异显著，以陇西县为代表的资源优势县域，其平均指数约为东乡县的4倍；(2)甘肃省金融发展与县域经济高质量发展均表现出显著的空间正向自相关性，金融发展对县域经济高质量发展具有直接促进作用，对邻近县域产生正向溢出效应，金融发展的空间联动特征得到了验证；(3)甘肃省金融发展对各县域经济高质量发展的影响具有异质性，对经济发展水平高的县域促进作用更显著，反映出经济基础与金融资源配置效率的正向关联。研究提出通过完善县域金融体系、推动金融发展和县域经济协调发展等策略，为甘肃省优化县域金融布局、实施差异化金融支持、释放金融赋能潜力提供了实证参考。

County economy is an important component of China's economic system, a key carrier of urban-rural integration development, and an important support for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.Based on the panel data of 69 counties(cities) in Gansu Province from 2015 to 2021,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for financial development and high-quality development of county-level economy in Gansu Province, uses the entropy method to quantify the development index, and uses the spatial Durbin model to empirically test the impact of financial development on the high-quality development of county-level economy.The research has found that:(1) the overall level of high-quality development of counties in Gansu Province shows an upward trend, but there are significant differences among counties.The average index of resource advantageous counties such as Longxi County is about four times that of underdeveloped counties such as Dongxiang County.(2) There is a significant spatial positive autocorrelation between financial development and high-quality development of county-level economy in Gansu Province, and financial development has a direct promoting effect on the high-quality development of county-level economy, and a positive spillover effect on neighboring counties, which verifies the spatial linkage characteristics of financial development.(3) The impact of financial development in Gansu Province on the high-quality development of county-level economy is heterogeneous, with a significantly stronger promotion effect on counties with high economic development levels than those with low economic development levels, reflecting that the allocation efficiency of financial resources is higher in areas with better economic foundations.The study provides evidence for optimizing the county-level financial layout and promoting differentiated financial support in Gansu Province.It is suggested to further unleash the empowering potential of finance for the high-quality development of the county-level economy by improving the county-level financial system, promoting financial development, and coordinating the development of the county-level economy.
