甘肃科学学报

以甘肃省道地药材陇药相关专利为研究对象,基于IncoPta全球专利数据库,对2006—2025年陇药专利数据进行统计计量分析,从专利申请与授权趋势、申请人类型、区域分布、技术领域布局及专利法律状态等维度系统揭示陇药产业知识产权的发展特征。结果表明:(1)近二十年,甘肃省陇药专利总量历经高速扩张阶段后,已步入高质量转型阶段,初步形成“高校主导前端研发、企业推动后期转化”的产学研协同格局;(2)全省形成了以兰州市为研发高地、定西市为产业依托的“双核驱动”优势,甘肃在陇药专利申请领域居全国主导地位;(3)产业技术布局已从传统制剂向规范化种植、大健康食品等全产业链方向拓展。然而,专利申请量近年出现理性回落,授权转化率偏低、核心专利布局不足、区域发展不均衡等问题依然突出。未来应深化产学研融合,强化高价值专利培育,推动“原产地资源优势”向“知识产权优势”转化,以科技创新驱动全省中医药产业高质量发展。

This study focuses on patents related to Longyao,a genuine regional medicinal material in Gansu Province.Based on the inco Pta global patent database,statistical analyses were conducted on Longyao patent data from 2006 to 2025.The development characteristics of the intellectual property landscape in the Longyao industry were systematically examined across multiple dimensions,including trends in patent applications and grants,types of applicants,regional distribution,technological fields,and legal status of patents.The results indicate that over the past two decades,Longyao patents in Gansu Province have entered a phase of high-quality transformation following a period of rapid growth,initially establishing an industryacademia-research collaborative pattern characterized by “university-led front-end R&D and enterprisedriven later-stage commercialization.” The province has formed a “dual-core driven” advantage,with Lanzhou as the R&D hub and Dingxi as the industrial base,positioning Gansu as a national leader in Longyao patent applications.Technological deployment has expanded from traditional formulations to the entire industrial chain,including standardized cultivation and health food products.However,issues remain prominent,such as a rational decline in the number of patent applications in recent years,low conversion rates of granted patents,insufficient core patent portfolios,and uneven regional development.Future efforts should focus on deepening industry-academia-research integration,strengthening the cultivation of highvalue patents,promoting the transformation from “origin resource advantages” to “intellectual property advantages”, and leveraging technological innovation to drive the high-quality development of the regional traditional Chinese medicine industry.
