基于模糊层次综合评价法的将淖二线接轨方案研究

摘要:

将淖铁路增建二线是疆煤外运通道扩能的重点工程,对完善地区路网结构具有重要意义,是综合交通网“补网强链”的重要举措。铁路增建二线接轨方案的比选涉及多目标、多层次的指标要素,因此需对科学、合理的方案决策方法进行研究。引入模糊层次综合评价理论,针对将淖二线引入淖毛湖地区接轨方案,建立了包含3项一级指标、8项二级指标的层次分析结构,计算了各层次指标综合权重,最终得出推荐布拉克接轨方案的结论。研究表明,引入的模糊层次综合评价法具有理论依据充分、评价准确、比选直观的优点,对铁路增建二线设计工作具有指导意义。

Abstract:

The second line of the Jiang-Nao railway is a key project for the expansion of the Xinjiang coal transportation channel, which is of great significance for the improvement of the regional road network structure.As the main measure of the comprehensive transportation network "complementing the network and strengthening the chain",the second line of the railroad construction involves multi-objective, multi-level selection of indicators, which is necessary to study the decision-making method of the program in a scientific and reasonable way.This paper introduces the fuzzy hierarchical comprehensive evaluation theory for the Jiang-Nao second line in the Naomaohu area of the connection program.The establishment of a hierarchical analysis structure containing three primary indicators, eight secondary indicators, the comprehensive weights of the indicators of the various levels are calculated, and the final recommended conclusions for the Bulake connecting program are proposed.The study shows that the introduced fuzzy hierarchical comprehensive evaluation method has the advantages of strong theoretical basis, accurate evaluation and intuitive comparison, which is of guiding significance for the design of the second line of railroad construction.
