以鲫鱼和泥鳅为受试生物,以致死率为指标研究了不同重金属镉、铅、锌对鱼类的急性毒性.所得24h、48h和96h的半致死浓度表明,不同种类和大小的实验鱼类对重金属的敏感性不同.另外,应用相加指数法进行镉、铅、锌的联合毒性研究,结果表明:镉与铅、镉与锌的联合毒性具有明显的协同作用,而铅与锌则具有较强的拮抗作用.
Abstract:With the mortality as our experimental index,when Carassius auratus and Misgurnus anguillicaudatus were exposed to various heavy metal pollutants, the acute toxicities of cadmium, lead and zinc ions to the fishes were studied. According to the 24 h, 48 h and 96 h LC\-\{50\} values, the sensitivities of these two species to the heavy metals were different. The joint toxicity of heavy metal ions was determined by the additive index method. Results showed that the joint toxicities of Cd\+\{2+\} with Pb\+\{2+\} and Cd\+\{2+\} with Zn\+\{2+\} were synergetic in action while the joint toxicity of Pb\+\{2+\} with Zn\+\{2+\} was antagonistic.
